Chirpycheck provides credit report services to customers for a monthly fee of £39.95. We also provide articles containing hints and tips about credit management. It is essential to understand that Chirpycheck does not offer a service aimed at improving your credit score; rather, we aim to provide you with information to make informed decisions about managing your credit better.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
- Subscription & Billing
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing Cycles are set on a monthly basis.
4.1 Payment
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal through your online account management page. You will be charged the monthly fee of £39.95.
4.2 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your online account and following the cancellation procedure. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle, and you will have access to the Service until then.
